SteadyPost ("SteadyPost," "we," "our," or "us") is a social media management service that automatically schedules and publishes content to connected social media accounts on behalf of small businesses.

Automated Posting — Important: SteadyPost is a fully automated service. Content you upload is published to your social media accounts automatically, without human review before each post. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you upload complies with these Terms, applicable law, and the community standards of each connected platform. SteadyPost will not be liable for content published through your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
Each SteadyPost account is for a single business only. You may not share your account with other businesses or use SteadyPost to manage accounts on behalf of clients without a separate written agreement with us.
By uploading content to SteadyPost, you represent and warrant that your content does not and will not:
We reserve the right — but have no obligation — to review content in your account. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
You retain all ownership rights to the photos and videos you upload. By uploading content to SteadyPost, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and publish that content to your connected social media accounts solely to provide the service to you.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and publish every piece of content you provide to SteadyPost.
AI-generated captions are created based on the business context you provide. SteadyPost does not warrant that captions will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free. You remain responsible for all content — including captions — published through your account.
By connecting a social media account, you authorize us to access and publish content to that account on your behalf using OAuth tokens. Your use of each connected platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and community standards:
You are solely responsible for compliance with those platforms' requirements. SteadyPost is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms.
Because every plan begins with a 7-day free trial, we generally do not provide refunds after a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error or have an exceptional circumstance, contact us at [email protected] within 5 business days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your personal data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, per our Privacy Policy.
SteadyPost is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content will be published on a precise schedule, or that results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable. Social media platforms may change their APIs, policies, or availability at any time and without notice, which may affect our ability to publish your content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SteadyPost and its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, or reputational harm — arising from your use of the service or from content published through your account. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SteadyPost and its operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) content you upload or that is published through your account; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify active customers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of SteadyPost after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
