No — you can batch upload whenever it's convenient and we'll space everything out automatically. Drop in 20 photos on a Sunday and they'll post across your schedule over the coming weeks. On Premium, you also get 2 produced short-form reels per month from us, which adds posting volume on slower upload weeks. The more you share, the more consistent your presence.

Basic includes Facebook and Instagram — the two platforms where local businesses see the most consistent engagement. Premium adds Google Business Profile and Pinterest, giving you reach across all four. Google Business is especially valuable: regular photo posts can improve how your listing ranks on Google Maps and in local search results. On Premium, we also enhance every photo for you before it posts, write platform-specific captions for you, and produce 2 short-form reels for you each month. You upload the content — we handle everything else.

Yes — completely. During setup we ask which days of the week you want posts to go out and what time you prefer. Want Wednesday at 10am, Saturday at noon, and Sunday at 3pm? That's exactly what gets configured. If you ever want to adjust your schedule later, just reach out and we'll update it.

Premium includes 2 short-form reels per month (typically 15–30 seconds each), published to both Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels. We use photos or video clips you upload through your portal. We'll send each reel to you for approval before it goes live — if you want any adjustments, just say so.

Yes. Your portal shows a log of everything that's gone live — the photo used, the caption, the platforms it was sent to, and when. Posts publish automatically on your schedule, which is the whole point. If you ever need to skip a particular date, just email us and we'll take care of it.
